Oct 6 NYC trip: end of summer 2019

Hi friends!!

At the end of August, my mom, sister and I took a girl’s trip to New York City. In our family, we take a trip to celebrate turning 10 years old with our Dad. My sweet nugget of a brother, went to Alaska on a fishing trip with my Dad. However, we never take a trip with just our mom. So, we finally took a girls trip.

August 9, 2019: Travel day to NYC

we casually met Ben Higgins. It’s fine. I’m fine. He was so sweet. We love the Bachelor men of Denver!!!

We walked around the corner and we went to lunch. It started down pouring.

THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD EVER!!! Our dinner this night was as good as the food I had in Italy. Our concierge told us about it and seriously… some of the best food.

August 10, 2019: The perfect start to a girls day. Our first time at Dry Bar!! Seriously such a fun experience!

August 11, 2019: breakfast at the hotel. I live for brunch food.

I fell. Are we surprised? And it’s months later and I still have a scar.

August 12, 2019: Our last full day!!! We started with pictures in front of the hotel. Spot the Gossip Girl scene spots.

THE BEST BRUNCH EVER AT SARABETH’S. Blair and Serena frequent Sarabeth’s and the concierge at our hotel recommended it and it was so so good.

Top of the Rock!! Personally, I would chose the Top of the Rock over the top of the Empire State Building. From the top of the Rock, you can see Central Park and the Empire State Building.
