Weekend in my life: Fall break 2019

Hi friends :)

Here’s the thing, Baylor claims we have a fall break, however, we just have a Friday off. Which is fine, great and fun, however, I don’t have classes on Friday so every week is fall break for me. But, I’m not going to complain because all my friends had Friday off too.

So, we decided to go to Dallas.

We left early on Friday morning, dropped our stuff off at Bailey’s house and headed to Dallas.

First stop,

La La Land Coffee. A must. It was so cute and had the best chai. And of course, a great photo op.

So thankful for my best friends :) couldn’t do life without them

NEXT STOP: NORTHPARK SHOPPING

We of course had to stop at Nordstrom.

Outdoor voices: A MUST!!! One of my fav stores right now! And look how cool this basketball hoop is just chilling in the middle of the store.

We then ventured around Dallas and had to stop at a second lululemon store so I could buy my new fav hoodie and then we went to dinner at Uncle Julio’s. One of my fav Tex Mex places.

We concluded our Friday night by watching a movie and snuggling up with the cutest pups.

I’m obsessed with Bailey’s dogs. Melrose and Dozer. They are the cutest best friends.

Saturday: We started out by getting brunch and then we went to Starbucks to do homework and study because pain is temporary, GPA is forever :-)

We then stopped at the grocery store to pick up all the essentials for our charcuterie board. And look at this perfect Bailey sized shopping cart.

DINNER: we are obsessed with appetizers for dinner and this might be one of the best spreads we’ve made.

Saturday night: Dallas Stars game!!! Seriously was so much fun!!!

Sunday we drove back to Waco, but of course had to make a stop at Buccees because Texas is the best country in the world.

Looking back,

this was such a fun weekend and I’m so glad I got to spend it with my best friends.
